“For me, the sequence of this ritual is very important. It is not simply a massage with essential oils. It begins with the preparation of the skin, moves into a body-wrap stage and ends with a massage that extends the feeling of comfort and lightness.

Before beginning, I like to understand how the person feels on arrival. Some clients say that their body feels heavy, others notice that their skin appears duller or drier, while some simply want an experience that gives them a renewed sense of energy. Listening to them helps me adapt the pace, pressure and attention given to each area.

The exfoliation with Himalayan salts is a particularly sensory moment. It works on the skin’s texture, awakens the body and creates a feeling of freshness. The wrap then allows the person to slow down and experience the treatment more deeply, with time to remain still, comfortable and immersed in the surroundings.

The final massage with essential oils allows me to complete the ritual with flowing movements adapted to the sensitivity of each client. I like to maintain an enveloping, unhurried touch so the body experiences not only stimulation but also comfort and reassurance.
