“For me, this massage begins before the first touch. It begins when I observe how the person arrives at CitySpa: whether they seem more tired, tense or hurried, or simply need to stop.

Before I begin, I try to understand what the body is communicating. Some clients arrive with accumulated tension in their shoulders, others with shallow breathing, while some simply need silence and comfort. From there, I adjust the pressure, pace and attention given to each area, always respecting each person’s limits and sensitivity.

Touch should never feel mechanical during this massage. It should follow the breath, create a sense of safety and give the body enough time to slow down. That is why I pay close attention to the preparation of the room, its temperature, the client’s positioning and their comfort throughout the ritual.

The most important thing is for every client to feel that this time truly belongs to them. Some people need to talk at the beginning, while others prefer complete silence. My role is to understand this and guide the experience with care, presence and respect.”
